These terms govern your use of the Hajify website (the “Site”), operated by Hajify Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 17088501), registered office 60 Tottenham Court Road, Fitzrovia, London, W1T 2EW. By using the Site you accept these terms.

1. The Site and the app

The Site provides information about the forthcoming Hajify mobile app and lets you join a launch-notification list. The app is not yet released; features shown on the Site (including app screenshots and gameplay footage) are pre-release and may change before launch. In particular, footage of the 3D experience shows a feature that will roll out in the app after its initial release. Separate terms will govern use of the app itself.

2. The launch list

Joining the list is free and optional, requires your explicit consent, and you can leave at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting contact@hajify.com. How we handle your email address is described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Religious content

Hajify's educational content is prepared with care; duas cite their sources, Sahih and Hasan hadith and the Quran. It is provided for learning and preparation. It is not a substitute for the guidance of a qualified scholar, your group leader, or the official authorities governing Hajj and Umrah, and you remain responsible for the correct performance of your own worship.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including the Hajify name, logo, wordmark, app designs, illustrations, and text, are owned by Hajify Ltd or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Hajify and the Hajify logo are trademarks of Hajify Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Site's content except as permitted by law. Quranic text and duas remain sacred texts; the compilation, presentation, and translations on the Site are protected as described above.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site: no attempting to breach its security, scraping the launch list, submitting others' email addresses without their consent, or using the Site in any unlawful way.

6. Children

The Site and the Hajify app are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you are under 13, please do not submit any information to the Site.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties and shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

8. Changes

We may update the Site and these terms; the current version will always be at this URL with the date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections and forum rights of your country of residence.
