Accessibility statement
Prepared on 16 October 2026. Next review by October 2027.
This statement covers the Hajify Ltd website at www.hajify.com. Our app, Arqaan, and its website, arqaan.app, have their own statement at arqaan.app/accessibility.
Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, voice control, magnification or high-contrast settings. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and we fix problems as we find them.
How accessible this website is
We have checked that:
- every page has a clear title, headings in order and its main regions marked, so assistive technology can find its way around
- the picture that shows the Arqaan app has a text description, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers
- every link, button and form field can be reached and used with a keyboard, and the home page has a link that skips straight to the main content
- every field in the investor form has a visible label
- the site follows your device's setting to reduce motion
- most pages still work when you zoom in to 400% or increase the spacing of the text
What does not work well yet
We know about these problems on this website:
- The outline that shows which item has keyboard focus is hard to see on the dark green areas: the header, the Arqaan panel, the investor form and the footer. In the investor form, the email field barely changes when it has focus.
- Some small text is too light against its background: the legal lines in the footer, the dates on the policy pages, some labels and notes on the home page, and the note at the bottom of the friend-invite page.
- The edges of the investor form's fields are faint against the dark green panel.
- On a phone held upright, the “Register investor interest” button pinned to the bottom of the home page slides out of view near the end of the page, but the keyboard can still move to it.
- The button at the top of the home page reads “See Arqaan”, but screen readers announce it as “Go to Arqaan”, so a voice command that uses the words on the button may not work.
- The investor form uses your browser's own pop-up messages for mistakes. If you give a name of only one letter, the form does not say what is wrong. The message that confirms your details were sent may not be read out by some screen readers.
- On a small phone, the Cookie Policy page scrolls sideways because of its table, and the table on the Privacy Policy page is slightly too wide.
- The investor form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that you are not a bot. Usually you will not notice it, but it may ask you to tick a box. That box comes from Cloudflare, not from us.
What to do if you cannot use something
If anything on this website does not work for you, email contact@hajify.com. Tell us which page you were on, what you were trying to do and what happened, and we will help you another way. If you cannot use the investor form, send us the same details by email instead. If you need something on this website in a different format, such as plain text or large print, ask us.
Feedback and contact
We would like to hear about any problem you find, including ones not listed here. Email contact@hajify.com, or write to Hajify Ltd, 60 Tottenham Court Road, Fitzrovia, London, W1T 2EW. We will reply within 14 working days.
Technical information
- Standard: Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.
- Status: partially conformant. Parts of the website do not yet fully meet the standard, because of the problems listed above.
- Technologies: the website relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript and WAI-ARIA, working with your browser and any assistive technology you use. The investor form also relies on Cloudflare Turnstile.
How we tested
We assessed this website ourselves on 16 October 2026, against WCAG 2.2 level AA. We:
- ran automated checks with the axe-core tool on every page
- moved through the pages with a keyboard, checking that the item with focus could always be seen
- checked the pages at narrow widths and with extra text spacing, as zooming in to 400% would show them
- read through the code of the pages and the investor form
We tested in Chromium, the browser engine behind Chrome and Edge. We have not yet tested with screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver or TalkBack, with voice control, with Windows high-contrast mode, or in Safari or Firefox.
What we are doing next
We will fix the problems listed above and test the website with screen readers. When we fix something, we will update this statement.
Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 16 October 2026, from our own assessment on that date. We will review it by October 2027, or sooner if the website changes significantly.
